This is a four-day tour to Sligo and the beautiful West Coast of Ireland
The beautiful area around Sligo boasts some of the most spectacular scenery on the Wild Atlantic Way. We will be staying in the lovely Sligo Park Hotel a favourite of Candy Tours.
We will visit Glencar Waterfall standing 50ft high a wonderful sight even if you have visited before. We will travel to Ballina in Co Mayo to visit the grave of Fr Joseph Foy (the healing priest) more about this priest and his works on the day.
We will visit Mullaghmore with its breathtaking views of majestic sea cliffs and Classiebawn Castle. We will also have a boat trip on Lough Gill to view the Isle of Innisfree made famous by WB Yeats in his famous poem “I will arise and go now and go to Innisfree and a small cabin build there of clay and wattles made”
